Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Description of Goods and Services

Olivia’s Refillery (Pty) Ltd operates within the agricultural sector, offering premium extra virgin olive oil, naturally fermented olives, olive tapenade, olive pestos, and balsamic vinegars.

2. Export Restriction

Products listed on this website are available to South African customers only.

3. Returns and Refunds

All products and services are subject to availability. In cases where items are unavailable, Olivia’s Refillery (Pty) Ltd will issue a full refund within 30 days.

Order cancellations initiated by the customer will incur a 5% administration fee.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please notify us within 7 days at info@oliviasrefillery.com. To assist with our assessment, please provide:

A photograph of the outer packaging (including any “Fragile” labels)
A photograph of the inner packaging
A photograph of the damaged item

If required, we will arrange collection of the product at no cost to you.

Once the return has been validated, you may choose one of the following:

A replacement product (if available)
A refund voucher for the product value
A refund via the original payment method

Please note: Refunds are not available for items received as gifts.
